Nouveau Global Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 July 2014, have discussed, approved and taken on record the following :1. To create a new division in the name of "PEARL POOL SOLUTIONS" for carrying on the business of trading, servicing and dealing in all types of swimming pool related equipments & accessories and to do all other related services.
2. To authorize Nitin Chaudhary to look after all the activities of the above described division.
