Nova Publications India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the followings:1. Surbhi who is rendering the services as Company Secretary has appointed as Compliance Officer and KMP of a Company w.e.f. 30 January 2016.
2. KMP has been authorised for the purpose of determining materiality of an event and information to Stock Exchange.
