At meeting held on 13 June 2016
Novartis India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 June 2016, has approved appointment of Monaz Noble as Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f 13 June 2016 to hold the office of Additional Director upto the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM).Subject to the approval of Members at the forthcoming AGM, the Board also approved appointment of Monaz Noble as Whole Time Director for a period of five years w.e.f 13 June 2016. Ms. Noble is not related to any Director of the Company.
