Nucleus Software Exports announced that the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company vide Resolution passed by Circulation has approved the proposal to alter the object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company in accordance with Section 13 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
