Oceanaa Biotek Industries announced that Neeraja R. a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 05 September 2014.Neeraja R. will succeed Harinee S. as Compliance officer of the Company, who consequent to her resignation ceases to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company effective closing hours of 25 August 2014.
