Omega Ag Seeds (Punjab) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 August 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:- Nerella Venkata Raghunadh has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer in the category of Key Managerial Personnel in pursuance to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 30 August 2014.
