Board of Orient Cement recommends final dividend

Orient Cement announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2014, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Re 0.75 per share on equity Shares of Re 1 each of the Company making a total dividend of Rs 1.50 per share including interim dividend declared earlier.
