Board of Oriental Carbon & Chemicals recommends dividend

Oriental Carbon & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 November 2016, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
