OTCO International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 September 2015, inter alia, has adopted/approved the following :1. Acceptance of resignation of Manasranjan Sahoo as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 10 September 2015.
2. Appointment of Manish Chetani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 11 September 2015.
