Palred Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:- Investment of Rs. 5 crore in Palred Online Technologies (Subsidiary of Palred Technologies) @ 11.50/- per share increasing its ownership to 82% in Subsidiary Company.
