Panafic Industrials announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2015, has appointed Arti Verma, as the Company Secretary of the Company in place of Krati Tewari with immediate effect.The said appointment shall remain in force till any further notice served by the Company.
