Panasonic Carbon India Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 January 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Noting of resignation of Hideyuki Okunaga as Director from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 21 January 2015.
2. Noting of resignation of Motoshige Nishimura as Director from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 21 January 2015.
3. Appointment of Jayashree Chandrasekaran as an additional Director (Independent) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2015.
