Pankaj Polypack announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 22 June 2016, inter alia, considered and approved the following;- To incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Company as per the provisions of Section 7 read with Section 187(1) of The Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 17 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
