The Board of Phoenix Mills at its meeting held on 11 December 2019 has accepted Chairman and Managing Director, Atul Ruia's decision to retire from the office of the Managing Director of the Company with effect from the close of the business hours on 10 December 2019. However, he will continue to be associated with the Company in the capacity of Chairman and Non-Executive Director.
