Pincon Spirit announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has discussed the following :1. Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mou Roy, as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2015 in the category of Woman Director.
2. Arup Thakur, Director of the Company has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
3. The Executive Directors and/or Company Secretary of the Company has been authorised to file necessary documents with the National Stock Exchange Limited as application for listing of the Company's shares on the said exchange.
