Pix Transmissions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Recommended dividend @ Rs 1.50 per share, for the year ended 31 March 2014, subject to approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 September 2014.
2. The dividend, if declared, will be paid on or after 24 September 2014.
