At meeting held on 26 March 2015
PMC Fincorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, inter alia, has approved to increase the overall limit of investment by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) registered with SEBI in the Equity Share Capital of the Company from existing permitted limit of 24% to 49% subject to the approval of the members by way of a Special Resolution and in compliance with all such relevant provisions as may be applicable in this regard.
