The Board of Poonawalla Fincorp at its meeting held on 09 May 2022 has allotted 26,600, 6,895 and 6,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 2/-, Rs. 39.45/- & Rs. 38.21/- per share to the eligible employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Plan -2007 and Restricted Stock Option Plan - 2014.
