At meeting held on 14 June 2016
Prajay Engineers Syndicate announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 June 2016, inter alia, has appointed Padmaja Kota, who fulfils the criteria mentioned under Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made there under and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as an Additional (Independent) Director on the board of the Company.Further inform that Vedantham Padma, Independent Woman Director, vide letter dated 14 June 2016, has tendered her resignation to the office of Directorship on the board of the Company, effective from 01 July 2016.
