At meeting held on 24 January 2020
The Board of Prestige Estates Projects at its meeting held on 24 January 2020 has allotted 1,34,41,654 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to the GAMNAT (a category I Foreign Portfolio Investor registered with SEBI), on a preferential allotment basis, at a price of Rs.325 per equity share (which includes a premium of Rs. 315 per equity share).Consequently, with effect from 24 January, 2020 the issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 388,44,16,540 consisting of 38,84,41,654 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
