At meeting held on 28 July 2016
Quasar India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2016 has approved the following -Appointment of Sachin Gawand and Sweta Gavand as Additional Whole time Director and Additional Independent Director respectively, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
Accepted resignation of Ankit Agarwal and Usha Sharma as Whole Time Director and Independent Director respectively with effect from 28 July 2016.
