Board of Radford Global approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 19 November 2014

Radford Global announced that the Company has received the resignation letter from Rajesh Kumar Maheshwari the Managing Director of the Company from the post of Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. 19 November 2014 which is taken on record by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 19 November 2014 and the Board of Directors has appointed Vaibhav Laddha as Additional Whole Time Director of the Company in the capacity of Key Managerial Personnel w.e.f. 19 November 2014 and also appointed Prem Chand Tiwari as additional Director of the Company
