Rajapalayam Mills announced that V Gurusamy, Secretary of the Company has submitted his resignation to the Company.The Board has accepted his resignation at its Meeting held on 25 May 2014 and he will be relieved from the responsibilities with effect from the close of the business hours of 31 May 2014.
