Rajlaxmi Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2015, has approved the following matters:1. Accept the resignation of the existing Statutory Auditors of the Company M/s. Jayesha S Shah & Co, Chartered Accountants.
2. Approved the proposal of appointment of new Statutory Auditors of the Company to M/s. AGARWAL DESAI AND SHAH Chartered Accountants, Mumbai.
