At meeting held on 10 August 2015
Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals announced that A. Sathyamurthy, President & Chief Financial Officer has resigned from the services of the Company effective from the closing hours of 10 August 2015 and in place V. B. Gopal Krishnan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 11 August 2015.Further, the above changes have been taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors held 10 August 2015.
