Of Rs 1.40 per share; To hold AGM on 30 June 2014
Rallis India has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 April 2014, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs 1.40 per share (140%) to the shareholders of the Company.Further, the Company has informed that if the recommended final dividend is approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 June 2014, the same shall be paid on 02 July 2014.
