Appointment of Ramesh Deokisandas Chandak as an Additional Independent Director w.e.f. 12 November, 2018.
Appointment of Saurabh Gupta as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 12 November, 2018 in place of Madan Vaishnawa who resigned w.e.f. 31 October, 2018.
