Ramgopal Polytex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 April 2015, has approved the following:1. Appointment of Divya Modi as an Additional Director (Non Executive - Non Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. 15 April 2015 as required under clause 49(II)(A)(1) of the Listing agreement.
2. Resignation of Mohanlal Jatia w.e.f. 15 April 2015.
