Board of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers recommends revised final dividend

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2022, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e.Earlier board meeting dated on 27-May-2022, decided final dividend of Rs 2.37 to Rs 2.50 per share (i.e. 25%)revised final dividend approved in Board Meeting on 12-August-2022) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
