At meeting held on 01 June 2015
Rasoya Proteins announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 June 2015 has accepted the resignation of Vandana Sanghi, from the post of Company Secretary of the Company and has also relieved from the post of Company Secretary with effect from 01 June 2015.Further the Board of Directors has appointed Sneha Shrivastava as a Company secretary and Compliance Officer, who shall also hold the office of KMP under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rules made there under.
