Ratnamani Metals & Tubes announced that existing Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Virag Joshi has resigned from the said post and was relived by the Company with effect from 10 February 2014.The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2014 has appointed MRajeev Mundra as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 05 May 2014.
