The Board of Ravalgaon Sugar Farm has approved the sale of assets to lease, sell, transfer, convey, assign or otherwise dispose of the Company's Sugar Plant together with Plant and Machinery and land on which the said plant is standing and also other land in aggregate not exceeding 100 acres together with building, structures, rights and fixtures thereon located at Ravalgaon in one or more parcels to one or more entities.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
