At meeting held on 11 February 2015
RDB Rasayans announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, inter alia, has approved and taken on record the following:- Resignation of Swati Agarwal as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 14 February 2015. Further, Bidhan Neogi, Chief Financial Officer will also act as the Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 14 February 2015 till the appointment of Company Secretary.
