At meeting held on 25 November 2014
Revathi Equipment announced that the board of directors have appointed M. Poongavanam and Kishore Sidhwani as additional Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 25 November 2014. Pursuant to Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, these directors hold office only upto the conclusion ensuing general meeting of the Company.The aforesaid directors are proposed to be appointed as Independent Directors for which it has been proposed to obtain the consent of the members through a Postal Ballot.
