Richway International Trade announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, inter alia, have considered the following business and approved the same by passing the resolution:-1. Appointed Sanjay Chaddha as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
2. Resigned Nirmal Khemka from the post of Managing Director with immediate effect.
