Rodium Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2014, inter alia, has approved the following items/resolutions:1. Noted resignation of Nilesh Vikamsey as Independent Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of Tejal Daftary for the casual vacancy caused, as Independent Director.
3. Appointment of Tejal Daftary as a member of Audit Committee.
4. Appointment of Vatsal Shah as a member of Audit Committee.
