At meeting held on 08 April 2016
Ruchi Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 April 2016, inter alia, has:1. Approved appointment of Narendra Shah as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 08 April 2016.
2. Approved appointment of Ravindra Kakani as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 08 April 2016.
3. Took note of resignations of Dinesh Shahra from the office of Managing Director of the Company and Navamani Murugan from the Board of Director with effect from 08 April 2016.
