Saboo Sodium Chloro announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 December 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:- Kalpana Jhalani, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from her post w.e.f. the end of business hours on 07 December 2015 and accordingly she ceased to be the Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company simultaneously.
