Sadbhav Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 August 2016 at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 02:15 p.m., inter alia, has approved :- The appointment of Vipul H. Patel, B.E. Civil, as Additional Director and Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 20 August 2016 subject to the approval of members in general meeting.
