At meeting held on 14 August 2015
Sai Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015, took the following decisions:1. Appointment of Rakesh Bisht, as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. 14 August 2015. Consequently, Ved Parkash ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 14 August 2015.
2. Appointment of Preeti Jain, of M/s. Jain Preeti & Company, as Secretarial Auditor;
3. Appointment of Preeti Jain of M/s. Jain Preeti & Company as Scrutiniser for e-voting;
4. Consent of the Directors for Shorter Notice for calling Board Meeting on 18 August 2015 for approval of Board Report/Notice of AGM/Period of Book Closure.
