At meeting held on 30 March 2015
Sainik Finance & Industries announced that the Board of Directors appointed Renuka Hooda as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Women Director of the Company, not being liable to retire by rotation at the Board Meeting held on 30 March 2015.Further, Vivek Varma, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. 30 March 2015 due his to other preoccupations. Consequent to the change in the Board of Directors, various committees of Board has been re-constituted at the board meeting held on 30 March 2015.
