At meeting held on 14 November 2018
The Board of Sanmit Infra at its meeting held on 14 November 2018 has allotted shares on preferential basis as follows -(1) 55,80,733 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each being allotted to Promoter Allottees against existing Loan and The Promoter has paid to the company the balance unpaid amount of Rs. Rs. 4,445,560/ before allotment /issue of the shares.
(2) The company as further allotted 28,34,507 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each allotted to other than promoter group.
