At meeting held on 26 July 2014
Saraswati Commercial (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 July 2014, has approved the following;1. In-principally approved the proposed merger of Aroni Commercials with Saraswati Commercial (India) subject to the approval of the members of the Company, Stock Exchange where the shares of the Company are listed and all such other statutory approval as may be required.
2. Appointed Babita Thakar as an Additional Director.
