Sarvamangal Mercantile Co. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has:1. Appointed Nupur Somani as an additional Director of the Company.
2. Appointed Nupur Somani as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. 01 April 2015 to 31 March 2018.
3. Appointed Shasikant Sharma as Chief Financial officer of the Company.
4. Constituted Audit Committee comprising of Adarsh Somani, B. K. Toshniwal and Sanjay Jain, Directors of the Company.
5. Constituted Nomination and Remuneration Committee comprising of Adarsh Somani, B. K. Toshniwal and Sanjay Jain, Directors of the Company.
6. Adopted Whistle Blower policy for the Directors and Senior management & the Company.
