Sea TV Network announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 January 2016 approved the following -Appointment of Neeraj Jain as Managing Director; and Akshay Kumar Jain and Pankaj Jain as Whole Time Director with effect from 15 January 2016.
