At meeting held on 01 June 2015
Senbo Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following:1. Considered and approved the audited financial results of the Company for year ended 31 March 2015.
2. Considered and appointed Kajal Sengupta as a Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 01 June 2015.
3. Considered and adopted Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct.
