Seven Hill Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 August 2015, inter alia, has considered the following :- To Appoint Vipul Shantilal Trivedi and Nileshkumar Tribhovandas Kava as additional Director of the Company and to accept resignation of Rahul Gulab Singh as Director from the Board of Director of the Company.
