Accepted the resignation of Apeksha Patel as a Company Secretary (Designated as Asstt. Company Secretary) w.e.f. 07 November 2015 after working hours.
2. Appointed Preeti Sheth as a Company Secretary (Designated as Asstt. Company Secretary) w.e.f. 09 November 2015.
