The Board of Shankara Building Products at its meeting held on 24 March 2022 has approved fund raising by means of issue of 14 lakh convertible warrants at a price of Rs 750 per warrant to APL Apollo Mart, wholly owned subsidiary of APL Apollo Tubes.
