Sharad Fibres & Yarn Processors announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on 27 March 2018 has approved the following business:1. Aditya Dalmia is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 27 March 2018.
2. The Board has approved the sale of 3,70,000 Equity Shares held in its wholly owned Subsidiary, BST Exports.
